Our Services
About Us
James has worked in property for nearly a decade in and around Hampshire. During this period, he has undertaken varied roles throughout the property sector from property management, surveying and estate management.
Having such a vast knowledge in the industry, James decided to take his knowledge and enthusiasm to help others and start Stevens & Draper. In early 2020, he qualified as an Associate Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Residential Inventory, Checkout & Mid-Term Inspection Price-List
We encourage where possible for jobs to be arranged at least 7 days before due, so we can ensure availability. We offer weekend, bank holiday and out of hours appointment at no extra costs. The prices shown below are inclusive of VAT and we do not charge extra for additional rooms.

*The prices shown below are for properties within the postcodes of SP10, SP11, SP4, SP7 & SP9. We offer our services outside of these locations however additional travel charges maybe applicable. Please check with us when booking.
Mid-Term Inspection
All mid-term inspections start from £18.00 per visit. We can inspect the property every quarter, half yearly or annually. For our commercial inspection price-list, please enquire.
